CrossFit GPP is our version of the traditional CrossFit class. GPP stands for General Physical Preparedness and is a a 1-hour class intended to provide balanced physical conditioning in endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and other components of fitness. Our GPP classes are for everyone, beginner and advanced alike. All movements and exercises in this class can be tailored to your current fitness level and physical ability.

CrossFit Sport is a 1.5-hour class. This program will use elements of our CrossFit GPP class, but will be tailored more to the "sport of CrossFit." This program is for those who are more competitive or who are interested in competing in CrossFit events, weight lifting, power lifting, or strongman.


Open Gym

Open gym is offered to our current members throughout the day with a coach always on staff. If there are any movements you want to improve on, open gym is the chance to practice. There is no set programming during open gym. You simply come in during the designated hours and are free to use the equipment and facilities.


CrossFit Kids

 

4:00PM - 4:45PM

Tues / Thurs

This program is available to kids ages 5 – 12, and will teach children body awareness, proprioception, and will build a solid foundation for growth and development. This program will also educate children on how to make healthy lifestyle choices and why physical activity is so important for their health and longevity. Bring your kids by for a FREE class to try it out!


Personal & Small Group Training

Personal and small group training are for those who have specific goals and are looking for one-on-one attention from a trainer. All personal and small group sessions are tailored to your needs. Whether you are an athlete with sport-specific goals, or someone with goals to lose weight, our trainers are educated to provide you with high quality training that will assist you in achieving your goals.
